After passing the General Builder and Remodeler Test Last winter we became a Licensed General Contractor. Our first job in the role of a GC is a gut rehab of a home at 573 Charles Ave in St. Paul. The home is owned by PRESERVE FROGTOWN their goal is to "...celebrate the rich cultural and architectural heritage of this working class neighborhood."
We completed this home in September - the house has sold and the couple who bought it are VERY happy with their lovely home.
